I have tried the usual outlets (Repco, Supercheap, AutoBarn) but all have a very limited stock.
I have worked out what lengths I need for each of the leads to run them they way I want, but can't find an outlet to buy them at ?.

Surely it cant be this hard ?

I'm not after a "standard" set of leads.
I want to order specific lengths due to the orientation of the distributor and the way I want to route the leads.

I bought my leads in a roll and made them myself.
a vintage motorcycle shop was where I got my lead material from, it was copper core lead though

Ah, OK. Sorry about that.

A Google on bulk ignition leads brings up a few hits, such as:

http://www.topgunignition.com.au/bulk-i ... ead-cable/

https://www.enginemaster.com.au/msd-ign ... ire-igniti

Also a few hits on eBay.

Have you tried Performance Ignition Services?

https://performanceignition.com.au/

They do a lot of BMC work for Link Automotive, and a lot of other customers in Melbourne.

I had them make me up a custom set of leads for a Winnebago Motor Home with an 8.1ltr Chev engine in it.

Plus one for Green Spark Plug Co. Used their stuff to restore a set of old copper leads missing various bits. Good source of parts and it is easy to custom make a set of copper leads at home with basic tools.

I’ve ordered a couple of sets of custom top gun leads through my local autobahn store. They want length, colour of lead, colour of rubber cap and whether they are 0degree or 90 degree angled caps (or a mixture of each). I think they also have a few specs on the lead itself available.

Place your order (and probably a deposit). They took about a week in my case from memory.
