I am in the process of rebuilding the above.
Can anyone help me in finding replacement clear tubing as my tubing is brittle and not clear.

Have you tried hydraulic repairers?
A business called Industrial Fittings Sales Ingleburn, NSW does lots of tubing and brass fitting etc. They list high pressure semi-rigid hose in black or natural (recommended PSI is 625) including 3/16, 1/4 and 5/16inch in cut lengths.

I agree. Try Enzed or Pirtek.

Actually I recently purchased some pressure hose for my hydro pump system at Bunnings. I have an air hose fitting on one end and use it to extract the fluid from a pumped up system into a container. While it's rated at 120psi it doesn't need to handle pressure that high. Depending on what part of the pump system your hose is located it may need to support a higher pressure.

Is Ended still in business?
Campbelltown Pirtek has at least one member who understands hydrolastic and has helped customers build their own pumps as well as repair displacers.
