isnt the colour wrong too?? areent they meant to be speedwell blue, which is a darker more grey blue, or ws that just the brittish ones??

I've seen them in grey and blue, and I thought the blue ones had a stripe down the centre. They were only australian, built by Peter Manton before the cooper came to australia

there's an article about them in the Mini Exp. mag that arrived today - haven't read it yet

oh yeah im thinking of the speedwell austins that were the brittish equivilant of the sports 850, but still the colour doesnt seem right, as sed though, tis a very well kept car!

Hi Guys

The car is genuine, I have seen the paper work for this car, czerial went for a drive in it when he worked at Shannons aswell. All the boxed bits and the box where sold with the car and its original paperwork. The throttle shop sold it to a young woman who wanted it as a daily driver. I hope ausmini details went under the wiper?

I'm glad its being used but can only hope the owner has sence aswell as money (it was pricey $$$$$$) and looks after it.

Steve

It's a bloody nice mini and I actually like the colour , it's obviously very well looked after and another mini that's not rusting away somewhere, isn't that all that really matters?
