I agree.

Also, "Current Power estimated at 155 BHP"... I would have expected alot more than that.

If I can find his website again i'll post it here.... It had all the build up details on there....

Quote from his site:

Quote:
Ever since the completion of the 2.8 V6 4x4 Mini, various options were looked at on how to get more power out of the standard V6 engine. After a considerable amount of thought, I looked into the possibility of sourcing a 24v Cosworth V6 version of the engine and to alter the existing body to accommodate the larger and more powerful engine. This would be viable, but the weight and sometimes over-engineering of the current project would restrict the competitive edge car and not achieve the best power to weight ratio.

So he's selling it to raise the money to do it better the second time around :D :P

I remeber reading up on that car in mini world or mag and it was an impressive feat to get it done .
I would love to do something like that but use a more modern and more powerul motor.

Imagine the looks you'd get though - it'd be worth it!!!
I always wanted to get a photo of a mini with a car trailer attached to it and towing a big car. wouldn't be hard to set up a trick photo, you could even put a jack stand under the trailer so it doesn't stuff the poor little mini - but would make a very funny photo!!
