Problem is...it is dangerous for a car to pull left or right...especially in the wet...if its just tyres, then get some new ones quick :idea:

Of course you would then replace the tyre etc. The method is just to determine the issue.

and being the devils advocate , determining the issue can result in tears for the backyard mechanic...

Like the time I was following someone on an 80 Km/hr road approaching an intersection.

The fella put his blinker on to turn right, the nose of the car dropped down, brake lights came on then he speared into the bush on the left. I stopped to help and found the car had mounted a tree stump that had stopped it.

No brakes.
