The BMC part number is HYA3087. I doubt you will find any new ones being sold separately to the handle but give it a try. It's made by Wilmot Breeden P/L.

The usual solution is to get the barrel out of a boot handle. It will need to be trimmed down in a lathe to suit the door handle as there's a slight difference. If you compare the two side by side you will see what material needs to be removed.

Never say never, but I'm not aware of a source. Second-hand would seem to be your most likely option.

How close would these door & boot tumbler sets for a Mk1/2 UK mini be? I'm sure that BMC Aust minis always used W&B locks and keys and doubt they would ever have been local manufacture.

Do you want new, or one that can be repaired/re-keyed by a locksmith?

Either or both, just let me know what you have.

I don't have any new, but have a number of boot handles complete, one with key, the others not, but the locksmith I use seems to have a stock of bits.

Also have a door lock; the escutcheon is damaged (the remover seems to have forgotten the 3rd screw) but the barrel is there and seems undamaged externally.

I have sold him a new UK MK 1 barrel and key. It looks close to his pic.
But no guarantees it'll fit.

my lock barrel was frozen in the handle, my locksmith gave up. I spent over 6 month's on and off getting it to free up and work smoothly. Tried Protecta lock that the locksmith recommended, wd 40 , diesel, a product called yield, and 50% acetone and auto transmission fluid. I left it in the freezer then in the sun on a 40 degree day. It now works perfectly. Persistence won. Most locksmiths can download the key information and provide you with a key, mine cost $22.00 and $11 for a second key. Somerford mini can supply keys cut to the FS number.
