If I was to put money on it, I'll put it on fuel contamination. Water or dirt.

Drain fuel tank and float bowl.

It's been raining alot lately, when I was a motorcycle mechanic I had alot of drop ins with these symptoms and I'd find water in the fuel tank.

Or could be water in your wiring.
