Hey Ausminiers. It was me who was having the issue and have been for about 8 months and was driving me nuts. The same issue was happening on my phone which made me think it wasn't my computer and it was something with Ausmini. I had a computer friend have a look and he worked out it was actually my internet provider. I contacted them and they assigned me a static IP address and the issue is resolved. Thank you all so much for your inputs.

My reading of Andosoft's post was as a diagnosis and possible solution for anyone having trouble, and not specifically you Steam.

It's usual to mention the other person's username or to include a quote when replying to a specific prior post, like I've done here.
