1) is there a good 2pak matte black out there
2) will 2pak primer be good enough just for rust prevention (and black house paint on top)

i dont think i can use acrylic because that means you'd have to cut it back and polish it (no shiny surfaces please :lol: )

If you want `flat black' acrylic to stay flat, just don't cut it back... :lol:

Remember that episode of TopGear "the cheap Porche challenge" I think it was called where JC had a 928 painted chalkboard black to be judged by Porche concourse judges.
