I have some old ones like that.. but I think the only real cure is get new ones! They are so flimsy... :x
Only other possibility I know is put a layer of Sikaflex 291 onto the body and bed it into that. I've done this with an Inno one, but they are thicker.
BTW you can paint over the Sikaflex if you need to.

Cheers

im thinkin of buying some fibreglass flares for 100 bucks including postage from melbourne.
good price?

there are also some plastic "dome" (whatever that means cus there all dome) flares $77-80 per kit. or u can buy them singularly from $23-70 both prices Inc GST these are new too which is a plus. chek em out at http://www.agradepanels.com.au/new_parts.html
these were the cheapest i could find new.
Have fun spending guys

The ones I pulled off the clubby seemed a bit cracked at some of the screw holes. I was going to araldyte them up a bit and then paint over it (?). They're black though so it's easy to mask a fix up from viewing distance.
