i like the original ones but my car didnt come with any in the front so just wanted peoples ideas on custom ones

i made some door cards out of 3 mm mdf, but i havent covered them yet.... if you want a template, i can get some rouch measurements for you and try draw one up, and ill get a pic if you want, but you can probally imagine what it looks like mdf is so simple to work with :) 8)

Why don't you just get them covered by the local vinyl shop I got a quote on mine and I think that it was something like $100 to $150 for all 4 and that is two colours I think.

they're a piss of piss!

3mm underlay foam with a light bit of glue to hold it to the board, vinyl over the top. glue the back/staple it then cut the excess vinyl away.


easy as pie. :wink:

I made custom foam backed vynl door cards for the Lillee. Buy Marine grade vynl from Clarke Rubber. The stuff is more expensive but worth it for a few extra $. Feels cool dude 8)
