I'm thinking of spending a bit more and getting QUALITY guages.

OIL PRESSURE

And i'd be putting these on the top dash rail in the centre, facing the driver, duh! 8)
In mounting cups too... i'll be spending too much on guages  :)

Let me know what u think.

Those Magnolia coloured faces (for Rover dials) cost 15 bucks for the set .... brand new. But in SA they are illegal beacuse the speedo reads in MPH.... I am trying to source them in Kmh for myself and some friends.... but no luck south of the equator

Oh yeah.... and Will, dont put cups ontop of your dash - that'll look f**ken POVVO. Do something nicer - a custom bit near your headunit maybe, wrapped in tan vinyl.... mmmmmm

Yeah i'm thinking about taking out a loan and doing the whole dash in nice gauges.
 And a custom dash too.
I'll see how much steve's dashes cost.
Food for thought.

FWIW It's illegal to mount guages above the top dash rail..

Boost though? In a normally aspirated 1100? Don't you want the dials to actualy move, for all the money you'll spend?

WELL if you paid attention in other places...

The engine is getting supercharged.
I'll be running about 6psi boost.
Supercharger is in the post as we speak :D

And Mini Mad, what does FWIW stand for?
And yeah its quite illegal... gauges must be inline with the factory ones.
