k, I pulled it all apart.
The gear stick has a slot machined in it where it slides up to select reverse (least thats what Im guessing). But the bottom section of the stick is rounded, so after you pull the gear stick UP in the slot, it is then able to be spun around in circles coz the bottom of the stick is roundish (seems deliberately). I would have thought the slot should extend to the bottom of the stick part so it cant rotate in circles? Anyone know what Im talking about? Is that normal? I'll pull it to bits again and take a picture if it doesnt make sense
