i think i'll be the same.. i just have to wait to get my tax money back, so i have already been waiting about 3 weeks for my group certificate...

most people just look at me when i tell them i'm getting a mini.. probably being a girl who until now has shown no interest in mechanical things affects that too..

Have you already found a car or are you just waiting for your tax refund? If you have a car picked out, what kind of mini is it?

yeah.. $4000.. which i have no idea whether is good or not.. but it's had about $13,000 of work done to it in the past 5 years, so i'm thinking i did ok..
all the reciepts have been kept so i'll be able to have a really good look at them when i get the car, but it's had the brakes redone and a cd player put in in the last year also.

What a steal (if it hasn't got any rust in it) sounds like you did well.

Welcome to the mini world
