Okay to some peoples demise, but others delight, i took my car to Exhaust Technology to get the exhaust fixed.
And an awesome job they did.
They put in a flexi just after the extractor collector piece, and re-did the middle and rear mounts.
They also changed the tip on the RC40 from the stocko one to a meatier 2.5" exit - from the muffler box.
It definitely sounds different... a lot deeper and little bit louder note to it.
I love it 8)

Pics to follow.

Hope i don't break this one any time soon. :)

Tool. Why go see Marky? ANYWAY, what sorta mounts are they at the front of the subframe? They look like a pair of the little cotton-reel ones... Please explain to all. I think i will go to the rubber-block type, as seen on most new ricer stuff.

Well do you like it?

Yep they are button mounts.
They are the recommended type for this application, he says.
The flexi takes up the abuse that i will give it, he also says.

Looks much better than that bloody 3/4" tip you used to have....
We'll just see how long these newbie mounts last, so i'll see what i'll be doing with mine.

Although, you could just fix the front panel damage  OR get some disc brakes... :P

willy, what is your rear mount (the very rear one)? Is it bolted straight to the subframe? Or is it hanging on a rubber mount?
