Im driving down the Pacific Highway at North Sydney (whilst working) and what do I see. A little red mini with someone tinkering under the bonnet. So I turn around and go and say hi ... maybe thinking I could introduce them to ausmini ... but guess who it was ??? chong :) aka 68delux ... his car had a few spark plug issues.

Well chong it was nice meeting you. Sorry I had to leave, but he I was working :) Did you manage to get that nice little red mini running?

Lucas

Hahaha Yes Guilty As Charged!

Lillee was grumpy at me as I was working on someone else's car all day yesterday and not on her! All dressed up in Nth Sydney and she decides to not fire on all 4 cylinders, no spark even, on number 4.

So these two cops pull up behind me and I thought I was in trouble! But it turns out to be Lucas! :D Thanks for offering to help (not that you were much help  ).

Anyway without my tools I couldn't do much and limped home on 3 cylinders  Turns out number 4 bosch lead was cut through by the back of the grille! blardy pulsar dissies, they're too long! Anyway all fixed now and running fab again.

Next time I have a mini problem in Nth Sydney I know who to call, 000   :P

Next time Lucas, I hope we meet under better circumstances so we can actually have a good chat

Don't you start!

All I need is a $29 Super Crap Auto disc grinder and the sharpness at the back of the grille will be a thing of the past! Bout time I bought one aye? :P

Get some 90degree angled boot leads and a lead tidy thing that you clip the leads into to tidy them up.

But i'm with JAM no such worries in a clubbie

Um... he's already got the 90* ends on the leads...
Probably the bloody rod change box letting the motor rock about... :x

I don't have the problem in mine, as the grille is packed out 12mm to clear the S oil cooler.. 8)
