how much i dont know.

Hey really what part exactly is a muffler.

For my mini to be road worthy the transport bloke said to me i need a new muffler as mini is too loud.

so i dont even know what this picture is?

It is the fat cylinder forward of the tail pipe that is commonly referred to as the muffler, because it is that bit that "muffles" or quietens the sound down to a reasonable level.

Most mufflers come with the tail pipe attached so you'll solve that problem at the same time.

ImageGet yourself an RC40 and problem solvered.

Ok ok
so i need this a new muffler?
I wents to a muffler place, for their standard 1.25" thing fitted for me, would be around the 100 dorra mark?
So as usual i will say Is that a reasonable price for something like this?? :?

I just had a 2" straight through muffler fitted to the Moke and with fitting and a chrome extension it cost me $100.00

Has made a big improvement to the performance as well.

Actually JAM the new muffler is quieter than the one I took off. Not as much noise in the cab of the Moke but it does have a deeper growl than the old one.
