Answer: They're not.
I dunno why people are having huge dificulties finding them, but i found two in as many weeks.
And that was just on toymods alone.
Got my bad boy right here in the shed.
Gonna take some pics.
They'll be up in 10 mins or so.

The tape over the inlet/outlet ports is to protect it from crap getting inside.

And now the fun shall begin. 8)

OK so how much bigger is the SC14 over the SC12... will it still fit in a Mini bay? (with the engine, haha)

Longer I think. Basically the same thing, but will put out more PSI. The SC14 won't fit on those SC12 kits, but something extremely similar but designed for the SC14 shouldn't be too hard for someone like you to knock up, Doc! The SC12 is good for a Mini, the PSI it puts out should be good for almost everyone, but the SC14 will give you more if need be. Remember, it's all up to the pulley size, so an SC14 can be made to put out exactally the same pressure as an SC12. 8)

Scotty... don't have the kit yet.
I figure it'd be best if i bought each thing as i saved enough money, then i wouldnt be blowing any budget as such.
Hopefully i'll have the kit in 6 weeks or less.
Max psi that the SC12 will safely produce is around the 13 mark.
Any more and the veins can start to melt.

Scott... what did the blasting and polishing cost ya? It looks awesome 8)
Mine needs it

It also looks like in the pics on the ebay listing; paint drip marks!!

Might look into getting this bad boy powdercoated.

YES, the bonnet needs to be jacked up at the back, and also have its bracing cut out. The blower just sits too high - and it cant go any lower.

My bonnet is getting a bulge put in it so that the bonnet will sit in its proper position..... but even then, the bracing will still need to be removed.

You can not jack up the rear of the bonnet without fitting a filler piece to block up the gap that will be opened up. The radiator will not cool properly because the cool air will be blowing out thru the gap around the bonnet.

This means - without fitting a filler piece around the jacked up bonnet, you will need to fit a front mount radiator so that the cooling efficiency will not be reduced.

The last thing you want to do is totally disassemble it. You can forget that idea.
