www.performancewheels.com.au,

Buy them direct from the importer, cut out the middle man & save $$$$$$, i don't know why people don't do "more opition exploring" before handing over the folding stuff, i have 3 sets of performance superlights & i refuse to own the copies cause i think they look crap house, just in my opinion.

So it looks like im the only one with a f**ked set of Superlites!!!!!! I bought civic discs to do the conversion and the standard sized rotor just fits into the inside of the rim! The inside diameter of the rim where the disc sits is the same as a 10in rim!!!!

I hope so because I was looking at a new set of rims and I have 9 1/4 inch discs!!

Are there any other reasonably price alternatives to the superlights or copies??

Any suggestions welcomed!!! (But not 13's as the budget definitely won't go THAT far :( )

I'm going to double check before I order the rims that they clear 10" inner diamteter when I go tommorow.

Any chance you'll be selling your honda parts?.

I just rang them and they said they don't sell direct. I said I knew a guy (don't worry, no names in case you have a back door contact there!!), who had bought off them previously and they said they'd be very surprised if that happened. He just put me onto a couple of wheel and tyre resellers around the area.

I'm poor so unfortunately the copies are looking like the best option for right now.

Yes they are Genuine Superlites ........12in diameter rims!!! The majority of the inside of the rim is the same as a normal 12 in rim. But closer to the outter part of the wheel the inside diameter gets a lot smaller.

Basically the same inside diameter as what a 10in rim is!!

Ive still got the Honda Civic rotors, but ive destroyed 1 caliper. Ive ground off a stack of metal trying to get them to fit!!!! You can certainly have them if you want. Clear some space off my bench!!!!

I contacted Performance a little while ago and they told me that they don't sell to the public and that I would have to buy them from a dealer. I ended up getting the 12" Superlites from Beaurepairs in Raymond Terrace with Yokohama A539 165/60/12s fitted for a little over $1000. They are waiting for me to get the car built so they can do the balance and a wheel alignment for me. They might be waiting a while. :)

Went round today, was a bit more then I'd remembered. These prices are good till the end of august.

They're selling performance superlites 12x5 for $159 each lock nuts, chrome thingies included etc.

and falken 150/50r12s for $98.

Charcoal colour is going to cost me another $20 per wheel so all up I was looking at $1110.40 unfitted.

Something about paying $200 less then total what I paid for the car on wheels alone doesn't sit right in my mind so I left it to mull over in my head.
