From an Email I received:
Al Munday - MINI CENTRAL
24c Crompton Rd, Rockingham.

"MINI CENTRAL will be set up for mini spare parts (new &used) , service and repairs to cater for the southern districts of Perth and extending to Bunbury, Busselton etc. MINI CENTRAL will be a sponsor of the SDMC & MCC and will cater for the enthusiast as well as the every-day runners. Service is not restricted to minis only. Engine and service parts for most cars will be available.I would value your input to ideas of spare parts on hand and services required.
MINI CENTRAL will also restore cars in conjunction with other club members in the business, provide welding and fabrication, cylinder head and engine reconditioning, performance modifications and general machining.

MINI CENTRAL can be contacted on 95913307 and you can watch the business grow on http://minicentral.com.au/ or email [email protected] .

It will take a bit to set-up properly, but you?re welcome to pop-in anytime. The coffee (as usual) will always be on.

Regards Al Munday"

He can get just about anything Mini and does a lot of work for the local racing Mini guys.

... and welcome to WA ;)

I used to live just near Minicraft so I'd go there when i needed something quickly (or something small) but for anything major I'd always go to Minicentral - including getting my engine built - they're great!! I've moved south a bit now so MiniCentral's the closest, and they also were talking about a Bunbury delivery service which will be handy when I move there...

also Hanra is this the Cooper S you saw? http://www.fastlane.com.au/Custom_Shed/MiniCooperS.htm
