Guys, saw (well I stopped and looked thinking it was a fellow mini owner having breaking down experiences) a orange round nose on the Hume Highway today on the Picton offramp...

It appears to have been stolen as the passenger side window is smashed in, a few guages are missing and chrome from the fron it gone... Looked like a top car, newish paint job in good nick with aftermarket colourcoded mirrors etc....

Description for anyone missing (or knows of someone with a mini like this):
*round nose orange mini running on 13's
*SAAS recliner buckets with harnesses
*Bonnet scoop and colour-coded side mirroes
*Disc brake and weber (the front grill was missing soi I had a peak into the heartlands 8) )

Anyone with information should, well i dont know 8) Just thought I should tell the public

Go back, get the rego and call the cops... or just call the cops anyway. Do it... you'd hope that someone did the same in the event that your car was stolen.

I hate car thieves, my first car was stolen and never recovered. I'd hate to think that it could have been found if only someone reported seeing it to the cops. :?

Us mini guys have to stick together and look out for each other.

Gee what a terrible shame.. How anyone could dump a Mini is beyond me.. I am sure the owner is probably going out of his or her mind. Well I know I would be..

But I think Molina is right someone needs to report this asap so the person who owns it can get it back in some kind of reasonable condition.

One of the members here lives at picton. Hopefully if they read this, they could go check it out, get the details and amek sure it is reported to local police (if it hasn't been already).
