I'll definately be interested in another run. The Newcastle run was my first and my family and I had an awesome weekend. Still won't have the new car finished for a while though :(

:D Hi. The body is still going very slowly (read not at all) but that's OK. I've been chatting with the bloke heaps and I'm happy with the situation. He's going to get into it next month when he finishes a car that he's doing at the moment. He's been painting bits a pieces for me in between as well. I'm still working on the front sub frame. I'm trying to work out what I need to do with the CV's etc. I haven't done anything with the SU's lately. After putting the chromed dash pots on and them not working properly I got the sh@ts with it and haven't touched it since. I'm thinking of finding an SU expert and handing them over to get fixed :(

I might have to look into it. I can't work it out. When the dash pots are off, the plunger works really well with air quite restricted as it travels up and down but when I screw the dash pot to the body of the carby, it sticks. It took me days to polish the whole set up and I lost numerous layers of skin from my fingers so when I encountered these problems, as you can imagine, I was quite disgusted
