I havent gone to bed yet was trying to fix the mini on a street in the city (had to leave her there yeserday), didnt manage to but I did see an attempted drug bust - seriously with a kid holding a package jumping into an impreza, the cops trying to block their way, the suba crashing through the sidewalk and speeding away the cups chasing.

Pretty rewarding, gonna go back in there soon i think I might have to get a tow truck.

Where abouts is it in the city? I work in the city...

Anton, Kev offered to help me work it out cause he has a lathe and we can fabricate spacers on it I still have to source an alternator though and a local mob have quoted me $45 for one off the shelf S/H

*UPDATE* Pick n Pull have the Bosch unit off the shelf for $35... schweet

hey mike, i dunno id wanna be leaving my car in the street where there are drug busts happening!!

Dude its Sydney, there are drug busts everywhere, probably moreso in the better neighborhoods where people can afford them and the police give a crap.

But today when I spent another 5 hours there again (w/o success again) I had two shifty looking boys approaching saying how their mate told them the car's been standing there for a few days now. Hopefuly it'll be alright till I get the tow truck tommorow.
