As said move all the leads 180*, or you can turn the drive dog 180* & refit pin (best way, IMO), or pull out the dizzy drive shaft and turn that 180* (but screw a long 5/16" stud in it, DON'T drop it in the motor...!)
Your call..

Normally with the motor at TDC (firing #1 cylinder, ie. both valves on #4 tight) the slot in the driveshaft is pointing to 2 o'clock, with the large offset at top.
Rotor's brass tip should be pointing somewhere around 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock, with a Pulsar dizzy. Put plug lead #1 in cap at that position then work anti clockwise, 1-3-4-2.

Thanks!!
Exactly what I needed I think. So I'll try my new dissy cap tonight (old coil plug on it just disintigrated all of a sudden).

If you can't get enough dizzy adjustment due to vac can fouling the oil cooler hose (for example) just pull the dizzy driveshaft out of the block and move it a tooth or so.
There's nothing sacred about where it points, as long as it all fits and you have room for adjustment. 8)

What thread? UNF,UNC?? I assume I just direct the bolt/stud into where the dissy goes, screw into drive thigny, pull out somewhat, twist and put back in??

5/16" UNF. I use a rocker stud...

Fitted the pulsar dizzy yesterday and now, after realising i had the body upside down (ran but wouldn't rev), my mini goes smoother than ever. Thorpey says it's fully sick.
