how do I align the rear subframe?
my mini is crabbing, is there an easy fix?

It's probably had a hit in the rear, or clobbered a gutter sometime.
Maybe the subframe is bent, or a trailing arm.
Once you are sure nothing's bent you can put shims in front of (or remove from) the outer radius arm mounts to align it, but watch the rear toe-in is equal both sides.
