My guess would be that its a genuine period accessory, either a Works rally type, or Downton, etc (im just throwing some names into the air here...)

It kinda looks like the Broadspeed units, though the price is high enough for a Speedwell.

Unless you found an "LL" on it.

Did Manton make gauge holders? (I'm trying to name as many as possible while still appearing casual and like I know anything - well I dont).
