new points $7 - havent fitted the points. people have told me not to muck with it

That motor was out of 13secmini's Clubbie..
LOL- points were shot when I got the motor- :shock: I just cleaned 'em enough so it would run on the garage floor... :P

Still didn't have spark at the plugs, then I found the carbon brush in the cap had gone AWOL so I threw another old dizzy cap on. Vroom!! : :lol:

Good to see it found a home- it's a good runner according to Brad.

<edit> chuck some new plugs in- it's got old crappy ones I had laying about.

yeah doc bit noisey but that could be due to it cross fireing the cap was fubar and the rotor was not much better the points as ya know are stuffed
i think the timeing chane needs doing it and maybe the tappets but other than that seams great
