Unfortunately Fiats are a disease, similar to that infecting mini enthusiasts. I've got both strains, and once you've been infected you can't help yourself, besides the Spider and Coupe share a similar platform and many components.
My AC coupe runs a 1608 - perhaps your head will fit that?

will fit a 1608 (125) motor, they are the exactly same head except the 124AC had more cam lift.
Head has had 8 new guides fitted and 7 new valves. As a Fiat enthusiast you can guess why...
Not run since.
I have an inlet manifold for it too.
And a few egg crates full of valve shims, and
the valve tool.
