I don't know that a spare is a big deal here in NSW, they are not anal about it like SA- I've never had one looked at by anybody for a rego check or otherwise, in 40+ years of driving. :wink:

The rules about spres in Vic are 1 - doesn't have to have one and 2 - if it has one, it has the be secured. Everyone who takes their Mini to get a RWC from someone who doesn't know Mini's always gets done for the spare not being fastened! :lol: :lol:

For his neat air/water barrel intercooler 8)

There is no way he would be able to fit an air/air intercooler of a size needed for that turbo!
