Hi,

I have a camshaft which I was told was reground to a Cooper S profile.

Does anyone know what timing figure should be used?

Also, it is in the car, so is there any way I can check/read the profile to be sure what it is?

Cheers
matt

Just in case I had other people curious,

According to the bible (vizard  )

Both versions of the Cooper S cam had a lobe centreline angle of 110 degrees. He recomends advancing this by a couple of degrees.

Damn his book is good!

Cheers
matt
