Just got back from 3 weeks in Chile, and spotted around a dozen minis in my time there - these are the only ones I got pics of.
The following sad example I found in Arica, Chile (Google earth it).
Arica is the driest city on earth, and as it turns out used to have a BMC plant that built fibreglass minis.

It's used as a promotional tool for a nightclub, and being parked outside the club has inflicted some wear and tear on its LHD interior.

Check out the anti-theft device attached to the rear!

I snapped this blue one in Temuco, Chile (this town is featured in the movie "Motorcycle diaries")

The only mini related part of the following pic is that the road to Patagonia is littered with Mini friendly roads.

Yeah I did visit a number of the cities featured in the movie, however I went by plane / car most of the way and didn't win at the casino.
I actually watched The Motorcycle Diaries for the first time whilst I was staying the desert over there, and thought it was great.
