Hmmmm .... minispares.com sells brand new clubman mk4 shells :) 2400 pounds :) aka $5,728.86 AUD. Plus frieght obviously .... I want ONE! ... would love a new one to do my starlet conversion. Maybe a tad expensive :)

Mini Clubman Mk4 Body Shell complete with door, bonnet and boot lid! Ready to paint.
Released July 04 this MKIV type body shell will accept Rod change gearbox from 1972 on but a rubber mounted type front subframe will be required. The body comes complete with doors, bootlid and bonnet professionally installed. A shell without doors bonnet and boot CZH588 about ?600 cheaper is available to special order only

It's legal in UK to buy these things, transfer all the bits & VIN plates from your dead/rusty car into it. Not so here... :cry:

What about if you transfered the VIN plates etc. over there from an old junker, then imported it as a 1972 clubbie?
