william ....pull your head in. the colour mike is speaking isn't what your colour swatch is. it looks the same as kev's engine. go down to bunnings and buy a can. you will be surprised..... just because you don't know someone doesn't mean they don't have a clue.

Riiiight... I knew the few colours that were used on the Cooper S motors, and the "Alpine green" that i searched for wasnt the one that i was thinking of.
By continuing the search, how does that make me a fool.

Alpine green, as googled, was that swatch.

So if you know what the name of the METALLIC colour, as per Kev's motor, let me know :?: :?

 I think theres a bit of confusion here.
And some people getting fired up, too.

Take a breath.
I didn't realise Alpine Green wasn't actually "Alpine Green", as what i searched for in google images.
So sorry for searching somewhere else then using that information to base my post on.
Also sorry for asking anything in the first place.

What is the colour of the swatch that i posted then?

Definitely a lot of confusion in this topic!

And no need for name calling, Anton, i'm not being a dickhead about any of it. Or rude either.

Yeah - guess it is time for all of us to deep breath.

Whire Knight "Alpine green" is a metallic light green so close to the original colourthat it makes even an 850 motor look like its got grunt *s*

Bunnings has it !!

Okay and to get this straight - its 'identical' to Kev's "S" motor?

the point is makka, he automatically dismissed Mikes Opinion. He would do very well to hang off every word as Mike is extremely knowledable.

Cheers

Aaron
