Yeah there's some good stuff in there. I'd agree with most of it, except what he says about clutch plates... :wink:

cool thanks. i thought the same about the clutch bit to. what does he mean though about binder with the bitumen? Binder like that in paint? and bitumen like undersealant? he also mentions to drill holes, 2 in front and 2 in back. won't this just let in water?

He's talking about bitumen paint, like underseal. Personally I use tar epoxy- I get it from Bias Boating for $40/L... :shock:

Yeah I don't like holes, unless it's a Moke.... :lol:

so you think just get some tar epoxy and mix it with the crushed tyres? Also what do u think of the soundproofing stuff from here: http://www.tru-fitcarpets.com.au/
it looks good but still felt i guess.
