this is a giggle

under the "performance" section of the supercheap website

it starts ok

Quote:
Super Cheap Auto's range of performance accessories is astonishing!

but then....

Quote:
This huge range spreads from gear knobs, pedal pads, grille panels, key rings,

until, finally , they get to a couple of actual accesories to improve performance

Quote:
sports mufflers, exhaust extensions and tips, Pod Air Filters and K&N Performance Filters, design films, gear boots :? , steering wheels and Boss kits, and Auto Gage performance guages.

and just to finish it off....

Quote:
These products can drastically change the look and even sound of your car for very reasonable prices and suit most vehicles on the market.

End rant

I dunno I always find them better for finding automotive consumables, they have more tools (and they're not all crap!) etc. Just don't go there for stereo gear and flashy stuff. I find places like Autobahn have more 'bling bling' like you all say but no real stuff! I don't want a racing-style office chair to go in my car....

Yeah they are good for some mass production things like spark plugs, leads, batteries etc

The worste place to go is Burwood Westfields, there is a auto bling bling shop there and all they sell is weight adding bling bling! Heaps of young blokes in there wanting everything from 3 ft HSV stickers to clip on exhaust tailpipes
