Back to the thead again.
When we purchased Morris, of course we had no Jack Surplied. So I used a bottle jack and Bricks, Luckly Zip Broke. I then rembered I had ramps and drilled Hols in them and the floor so they did not more. List lasted two weeks
I Purchased a trolly jack and axle stands (Marcia sitting on Now @ the moment) and are the best purchase I have for the Mini's.
Sue and I have only had good experiance with this trolly jack. just make sure it fit's, 130mm (our Jack fits always even with a flat) and if you need additional hight keep an additional piece of wood (length of the Jack) in the Garage/Boot that fits between the wheels of the jack.
The stands should be placed at the strongest point, Subframe Junctions or on the rear, Only with out a subframe just intront of the swival arms where the addition plateing are.
I love myJack and Trolly Jack and only wish I had puchase two (bottles) LoL
Trolley jack pefectly behind the Passenger seat and does not move an inch otherwise in the boot (making sure the Bat is covered) if you place some rages around the wheels or rubber bands around the Jacks Wheels
Please Do not work under any car with out Axle stand Securied Specialy sissor jacks
MC Micheal I'll give you a hidding if you have not pick up some axle stands yet.
