OK then that was a good effort.
Rain should be illegal, I hate it too. Hope you get on the road soon again.
Drive safely.

Heh, Chong- bring yours too, have a nice `no speed limit day'.

Costs:
$40/yr for a Wakefield Pk Clubcomp license, and $80/day when you hit the track.

They divvy everyone up into street cars, race cars, sports cars- 20min sessions each.

By 2pm you've had enough fun.. 8)

Midweek is best. Helps that I'm a contractor now- I can organise to go whenever.. :P

Looks like it is coming along nicely. How it the left front guard? Looks like it might be a little kinked in photo No 32

Good luck with the repairs. At least finding a colour to paint the repairs would not be hard.....Just go to the paint shop and go though the mistints :P

gday, lucky, i still have half a tin of the paint left ;) also, that guard is in need of some serious panel beating, which im getting done by a feller up the road.

im thinking, while its off the road, should I paint the roof orange or white?

An orange roof sounds a bit too colourful to me! White would look cool though.

Looks like it's coming along well, keep us informed.

After looking at the rest of the car....go the orange...but only if it is really bright :P :P

Everybody has got a white roof...even me

I still dunno, yellow maybe that goes with the blue. But orange? What sort of statement are you trying to make!

I thought that from the rest of the car the type of statemnet that he was making was obvious...................................................go the orange. (Don't worry, I went through this stage a few years ago....hand painted combie  )

I dunno I can't see Paddy Hopkirk rallying a hand painted Kombi !! If he did though I'm sure he'd win regardless...

I was just about to be a smart ass, and ask what rain was, till I remembered only yesterday I almost put my car up and over a traffic island. Came into my favourite corner at about 80 clicks, and was already into it before I realised it had been raining. Scared the crap outta me, but I kept it under control, and carefully drove to work. Gave the ole pucker valve some exercise LOL

lol gday guys

the colour of my mini has not been my chosen choice. its just all fallen into place, and has been painted what ever colour i had kicking round, or what ever gordie is not needing. and after crashing betsy, im sure she would like a bit of a treat, buy brightening her up a bit. more.

besides if i dont like it, i can always paint it back...

cheers
