Bridgestone Eagers used to have white writing on one side. You could have the tyre fitted each way, depending on your personal preference (writing or no writing).

Good tyres they were.....I had a set on my first Torrie 8)

Do you remember the ad they used to have - "Real Men Smoke Eagers" with a pic of a GT at the Summernats burnout contest? I agree, they were a good tyre.

The tyre pens usually come in both white and red. They are not that hard to find around the usual auto accessory places. You can also get tipex in a pen from any stationary shop. (The liquid paper that used to be in a bottle with a brush) You can use a model kit paint if you've got no money. I used to back in the days when I also used my Dad's Nugget boot polish to blacken and shine the tyres.

30 Front 28 Rear I have found to be good for normal driving around.

you don't want the surface you are paints to be shiny otherwise it will not stick

i think there are companys (getting rarer these days) who specialise in fitting the white walls to your tyres. if you look at the pic of bruiser you can see its coming unlaminated in one spot so its not just a paint thing.. sorry to pick the only noticeable fault on an otherwise perfect car thats not my usual style

Yea, the whitewalls on Bruiser are a 'disc' or flap that sits in the bead of the rim...

There are companies that will inlay silicon in any colour of your choice in your existing tires too..
