K man

I can spend all day at a supersprint meeting, spend all day lining up and be lucky to get 5 3 lap sprints for a total of 15 laps - or I can spend $50 less and go out for a practice day and belt around all day non stop till my little hearts content.

Supersprints used to be a good idea but since CAMS came to there senses and now allow tracks like EC and OP run 2 LS practice days they really dont have any appeal anymore.

I agree with you, thats why I haven't been at a supersprint for 2 years,
I was just mentioning a couple of other cams affiliated car clubs which do circuit racing for the information of others.

Having been to a recent practice day at oran park there were only 3 cars there and apparently each got in about 60 laps!

Thats much better value!

How about I lok into what dates Oaran Park have early in the new year. If that looks like a goer we will all need to organise 2LS licences (which i think is a great idea for anyone wanting to take the next step int motorsport).

Will post here as soon as I know.

Sounding Good.

I think mid week would be good.

In the meantime I think everyone should go to the CAMS web page and download the licence application form for the 2LS (Ithink it may have changed names but you will find it) and make sure you are a member of a CAMS affiliated club (there is a list of these on the CAMS web page).

Oz i know that dean, josh and I will be up for it in the new year in our 3 starlet minis. I will look into getting the license early next year as im dead broke at the moment with xmas and a baby on the way.

If you come on the run on the 27th Dec we can have a good chat about it.
