in the neer future (once car fully finished, redo'd and driven for coupla months) i will be lookin at selling because of the need to get a more reliable car and a moto and wanto know what sort of prices do 74 clubbies sell for with a full respray(arcrylic), new carpet, new exhaust, new rear and front w/s rubbers, new door seals, decent mags with tred, rego and engine rebuild. basically a decent mini.

rego n the other slips needed is gonna cost me $1100

The guy at the mini wreckers said they ususlly sell for like $4000+

i am also after this info as i wanna know if it is worth the money as im only 17 and dosh is hard to get. have looked at local tradingpost and there is a total of 2 minis. :x

i know its hard to komprehend someone selling but its gotta happen..

cheers

4k is about right, generally speaking.

If you have ton of bog hanging out from your new paint job, then the price obviously drops......

No one could really give you a good idea unless they see the car. Prices vary, and so does quality.

Hi there buddy,
I find it quite funny the comment JAM has just raised if you ask him what a clubman is worth he will tell you $10000, thats a great price for GT or LS 1275, but for a standard or half done restroration, thats not either a standard car or modified car, just a daily hack, I say $4000 is a great price,

Good luck with sale and buy the way mail me some pictures theres still space in that container, I am after a good Australian Clubman

Oh before I go, i think hes name is FIGJAM, I hope your not still upset that cars are leaving your shores for the States, buddy its life we never had the chance and luck of having so many Mini's and we need to purchse them from O/S to get them, or are you so greedy to think of that, if you are so upset buy the cars your self,

Remember that this board welcomes many people here from all countries and some of your coments offend members

Thanks Pete

VERY UNECESSARY MATE...... :x

Anton, forgive me or not, i asked how much you wanted for your car you said $10000 which for a half done restoration I think is well over the top, I have paid less for a GT, your well over priced really,

I wasnt bagging you but calling someone with the knowledge and contacts I have a dickhead truely shows how little your penis must be, I have many aussie friends and funny enough some are on here, and speaking with them they agree, your a wally, 'a nasty big gir'l, would be interesting to see what you would have to say face to face , word is your a weak ning nong so weak you had crap dribbling down your leg when once approached by a fellow lister about your bad attitude........

As for calling me about being a yank, what I have seen about the riots in Aussie truely shows how some of you think, and going by the sudden flying the flag on your signature truley shows your true colours

We will have a wonderful Xma over here knowing arses like you live far enough away we dont have to live with the likes of you on our streets

Thanks Pete

Seriously, everyone has their own oppinion as to what a cars worth, and you're not always gonna like their price. So get over it both of you.

IMHO $4K for a neat and tidy clubman with rego and very little rust is a fair price, especially considering you're not far from Sydney which appears to have a fairly good appetite for snapping up minis at the moment.

If you want to do some research, start trawling through the "for sale" section on here and you will get a good idea of what your car is worth.
