hello,
i am an englishman currently restoring a 77 ls in houston, tx. I'm trying to find someone that knew the car and also make some contacts/mates to help source parts. it started life as light blue. When i got the car , it was dark blue with a white roof with painted gold d1 alloys. it was last registered in queensland on plate no.366-FXJ in 2003. The only other distinguishing marks were small badges on the wings that were stamped "Mr Lug Nut." I look forward to hearing from anyone that may have known the car, and might want to help a "pom" find some hard to find oz specific bits
cheers!

Hello Englishman in "we have a problem" Tx. Plenty of people on here with bits and bobs lying around. Just state what you need and someone will rise up with an option.

We used to be able to go to our automobile registration office, pay money and get the last registration details of a car. This was to allow people such as you some vehicle history. However, a series of stalking events and a general tightening of privacy issues has put a stop on that and its nigh on impossible to get past details.

If you repeat your request for information every week or so - you may just strike someone who knows the car. Like someone said - photos help.
