what u do is just make the mould over the front...then you take the mould and pour your fibreglass inside it so it ends up the same size!

not worth the time you u put into it...

also what happens if u get into an accident especially with people/pedestrians about?

have you ever seen fibreglass snap and see how sharp the ends can be as well as the little bits of fibreglass that go flying around through the sky?

guess it could be worse.....carbonfibre......

ahh but thats it mike.....for us pov young-uns it only takes time to remove stuff.....but its costs time AND money to get new donk

dont worry my car still has a complete interior, bumpers and a standard 1100 (im saving for some serious work)

I mean adsmini instead of paying for a flipfront and someone to install it for him might get better results by modding the head, getting a different carby, pulling the potato out of the exhaust stuff like that.

but i would have thought if u mold over a current front end ur mould will actually be too big? makes sense to me.. if not anyone else

nah, you got it arse about. You use the crrent front end to make a mould. The mould is a negative of the part you actually want to make. You make the mould very stiff, then pop it of the original. You then lay up the part inside the mould, pop it out when its cured and voila :) finished product exactly the same dimensions as the original. If you go into the details of how you mount it etc there is a bit of trimming and carrying on, but thats it really.
