OK, I have stripped my front end completely.

Quite a few parts need replacement, including one lower control arm shaft. The rubber bushes with the metal sleeves, were rusted to it. I had to grind a flat on one side of them to break through and remove. The shaft is corroded and not suitable to reuse.

Can I buy a replacement new one or does anyone in SYD have a suitable spare to sell me?

i got one recently from that mini place in seven hills, name escapes me at the moment, think it was $20.

Colin and ivan are or where minispares, suzuki and mini spares are a different mob. Micheal the guy there that runs it knows his mini's and is a really nice bloke. Shouldn't be to difficult to get one from him. I don't have a spare, but someone might.

Jamie's been on site at Moss Vale doing an installation for a couple of weeks, so I've not seen him yet.
Maybe next week or two.. :wink:
