That's Zac's from near Lismore and is fully engineered and reg'd in NSW , it can be done but just consult your engineer before you cut the top off to smooth the way a bit .

I thought Zac was an engineer him self? wouldnt that be shined on a bit more for when the other engineer inspects it?

What i am trying to say is it would of been pretty easy for him compared to common folk

I'll have to check on that but I'm 90% certain Zac isn't an engineer , he's pretty cluey and fabricates a lot of his own stuff but I'm almost certain he's not an engineer . I could be wrong though , it's happened before  .....

Actually , now I know for certain , Zac is not an engineer , Ray Cross is the engineer who certified the car . Zac went and saw him beforehand with the idea and rough design . Then Zac got it inspected throughout the build by Ray and worked with him on any design query's rather than just saying "this is how I'm doing it" . He didn't have any problems with the engineer's certificate and Ray didn't have any problems with Zac's design or construction . I guess it makes a difference if you can find an engineer you can talk to and who is prepared to come and look at the car throughout the build , rather than just turning up with a completed car and saying "pass that " .
