Do yourself a favour Meeni - If you don't get the discs on before you tackle Calder, take all your drums off, blow out the dust, ensure there's no weeping cylinders and contaminated shoes, then put them back on, adjust them properly and bleed out all the old fluid replacing it with new stuff.

Err, yeah! Well I seem to recall another heavy application at the end of the long back straight as well, and a couple of lighter applications going into Turns 2 and 8.
There's dozens of guys racing historic cars on drum brakes (my experience is in a Bugeye Sprite) and there's nothing wrong with drums per se, they need to adjusted properly and regularly, and if you can get some air flow around or through them they'll do an amazing job.
