Oh true... Yeah there's a slight mistake with that 68 Mini, definately can't be a 68 Leyland.

mmm be careful attaching certain branding to cars from different countries - depending on what sold well and what the public perception of a brand was often dictated the nomenclature used. For instance although Austin and Morris sold side by side in australia throughout the sixties, the mini was only sold as Morris in Australia because Morris had a better reputation for quality and reliability which was important when launching something as radical as the mini.

Yeah right... so my 1970 `Matic's steering wheel with BMC on the center pad is wrong???
And we had Mk2 Leyland Cooper Ss?

No, they were the Leyland BMC Morris Cooper S Mk2 8)

Look at this advert for the Mk1 Cooper S, notice anything? (Look near the bottom left corner)
