I hope you've got a fat wallet willy :? As Feral mentioned, the rigidity test alone will be $1.5G then you're looking at handling and braking reports as well. :(
Being a licenced vehicle test engineer is like having a licence to print money. Last time I used one was a couple of years ago for a simple visual inspection for a LHD to RHD conversion on a '70s sports car, and that was about $700.
Get a list of inspectors and ring around to get the best deal.

Hey willy, this is a rough quote I got for the stuff needed.
Initial inspection $150
Initial chassis torsion test $750 (have to make mounts etc)
Final chassis torsion test $450
Suspension mounting calculations say $250
Brake caliper mount chacks $75
Brake fade $375, Lane Change $375 plus AIR fee $150
Noise level test $75
Engine emission testr $75
Chassis dyno test $75
Calculation of theoretical top speed and tyre speed ratings $125
Final report and incidentals, seats steering column etc $450

This was the cheapest and most willing approved engineer I could find.
Would be a beast of a car when dont I think.
Chris
