yeah I know - not another red mini with a white roof. :)
I forgot to mention that the doors, boot and bonnet are also painted, including the white stripes on the bonnet.

I was surprised how easy it was to paint, espicially after many months of stripping down and preparation.
The world wide encyclopedia has come in handy - especially the ausmini forum for ideas, do's and don'ts. :P

No offence taken :D
I spayed mine a few weeks ago and that's what I was told
by someone who's done a few. Yep, first time for me!!
I've buffed around the openings b4 installing new rubbers etc
so I don't get crap near them later,
with Steptone Mr Buff cutting compound (geez, that does sound dodgy!!)
on a clean damp cloth, and it's comming up a treat!
I was going to leave the rest as he suggested for 3 months - not 9.

She's a daily driver, I don't plan on winning any prizes.
Sparked an interesting discussion though.

BTW Nice job blue mini with the red mini!
At least your up to the FUN bit now - assembly!
