The sequal to the new version of the Italian Job is being filmed at present with most of the same team (Charlize Theron , Mark Wahlberg etc) in Rio Di Janero , no idea yet if the mini's feature in it again though . Still waiting on more details from a mate in England .....

Finally started filming! Waiting to see if they have Mini's again. Hopefully they do, cause when the Italian Job "remake" come out, the Vic Mini club was invited along to see an advanced screening of it at the Coburg drive in. Bring a Mini and ya got in for free. It was heaps kewl with HEAPS of Mini's!

the remake was bad enough without a tarty second helping of the hollywood good guy vs bad guy BS that would only entertain the mind of a 12 year old.

take you a bet that they dont use minis they will use beetles in this one as they were made down that way untill the end of production.
