So you have a van now! Great news!

I reckon it looks really good in it's current colour scheme. But I am biased towards traditional colours. :)

That purple is terrible! Well, in the photos at least.
Candy red would look great, but cost a small gold mine. :D

I am very biased against any purples - for a while, a while back, it seemed that every respray of any car was a purple colour.

Mostly - no matter how well it was done - IMO it didn't suit the car.

Now I am biased towards traditional mini colours also but I respect that other people have the right to express their creative juices and with some of the better creative minis I have seen I grudgingly accept that they look good.

Never seen a good purple one though *s*

any suggestions for alternate colours?

thanks brett! yeah i found a little van in SA and flew down to see it...
it comes next week and i wanted to get it painted because the job the previous owner did wasn't the best.. it's got ripples down the sides from where different amounts of primer and undercoat were sprayed...

I like the old heritage colours: light grey or that really pale blue (almost white colour) :?

I like this sort of blue, which is similar to what my van already is:

But have also been thinking of a golden yellow with white strips.

But I really like this too:
